EPA Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding - April 17, 2009

Following the 2007 Supreme Court ruling in Massachusetts v. EPA, EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson on April 17, 2009, issued the following proposed finding that greenhouse gas emissions endanger the public health and welfare.
