Oil Transparency Battle Expected at SEC on Friday

A behind-the-scenes struggle between human-rights groups and the oil industry is about to burst into public view. Activists will stage a demonstration at SEC headquarters Friday morning to call for completion of delayed rules that force oil companies to publicly disclose payments to foreign governments.
