Ally Korony

Ally joined ICN in 2021 and over the last five years has built the systems powering our fundraising operation as well as the funding stack of institutional and major donors that sustain ICN’s cash flows. She oversees a mighty team responsible for prospecting, proposal writing, grant reporting and impact analysis, as well as donor communications of various kinds. Before coming to ICN, she wore multiple hats in various fundraising roles at the YWCA of Central Carolinas and Neighborhood Housing Services in New Haven, where she is still based.
