Julia Vaz

Julia Vaz is a senior at Brown University, majoring in Political Science and Modern Culture & Media. She led The Brown Daily Herald’s Environment section before serving as Managing Editor of Newsroom and Vice President. She has also interned for Heatmap News and researched climate adaptation efforts. At ICN she plans to report on issues on environmental justice and climate policy. She was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
