For over 50 years, Peck Iron and Metal turned U.S. Navy ships, guns, ammunition, junked cars, refrigerators and other refuse into scrap. It also spilled PCBs, cobalt, chromium and other toxins into the soil and groundwater, poisoning Paradise Creek.
