New Jersey Officials Ponder New Permit Requests for the Northeastern Supply Enhancement Pipeline
The state has rejected the proposal before, but environmental activists are angered by the way officials have ignored their repeated requests for in-person hearings. The pipeline would run from Pennsylvania, through New Jersey, to Queens in New York City.
